Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Master Trade GmbH, Drechslerstraße 2, 21709 Himmelpforten, Email: widerruf@loop-fashion.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• for the supply of goods which can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion, which can be delivered no earlier than 14 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose value is subject to market fluctuations;
• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
